- Driver’s License
- Corrective lenses (Glasses or contacts) if used
- Medication List
- Sleep apnea patients using CPAP should bring their compliance report proving you are using your machine and obtaining desired results. Your CPAP supplier or sleep medicine doctor should help with this report.
- Drink plenty of water before your visit
- Because a urinalysis is a required component of the examination drink enough water before your appointment.
- Ensure your blood pressure is LESS than 140 over 90. Uncontrolled, previously diagnosed high blood pressure is an immediate fail; the first time you have high blood pressure you may receive a 3-12 month grace period extension but thereafter high blood pressure will cause you to LOSE your CDL.
