The online booking feature is for Foundation of Health Members to be able to conveniently book routine chiropractic adjustments for themselves and their families. You can select the provider you wish to schedule with. If you do not see the time you need, make sure you check the other provider’s schedule too.
*You are not able to book appointments online that are closer than one hour from when requesting online. If you need a sooner time, just call the office and see if we have something available. 208-895-8595
